We charge a 10% platform fee on all funds raised, which covers hosting, security, and customer support. Campaign organizers receive the remaining 90%. Payment processor fees (typically 2–3%) are deducted separately by our payment partner.

After your campaign ends, you can request a payout. We verify your identity and then transfer the net funds (after platform and processing fees) to your bank account. Payouts typically take 5–7 business days.

Yes. If you have an urgent need, you can request an interim withdrawal. Early withdrawals incur the same fees and are subject to verification.

Browse active fundraisers on the homepage or search by keyword. Click “Donate,” enter the amount, choose a payment method, and leave an optional note. You’ll receive a confirmation email and updates as the campaign progresses.
